Hello, my name is Vitaly Kolesnik. I am a graphic designer, blogger and personal development trainer living in Nové Hrady, a beautiful Southern Czech town. I have a long graphic design experience which ranges from an intern at a big Russian bank to a creative director at an ad agency to an independent professional. During those years I have learned a lot — from my teachers, trainers, colleagues and fellow designers, and also from my personal research. I started this blog to share this experience and also to get in touch with like-minded designers from all over the world.

Dancing Water is another name for the elixir of life. To design means for me to give life and form to something which never existed before. I feel that this name is very appropriate for what I strive for — to give form to new ideas and things helping people to make their lives better in one aspect or another. Because after all, design is about changing the world.
